Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Snowpex (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Snowpex App (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to operate and improve the App:
- Usage & diagnostic data. Anonymous or aggregated data about how the App is used — such as features opened, session length, device model, operating system version, app version, and crash logs. This helps us fix bugs and improve performance.
- Purchase data. When you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation that a purchase or renewal occurred (and its type) so we can unlock features, but we do not receive or store your credit card number or full payment details.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location unless you explicitly provide it to us (for example, by contacting support).
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and monitor stability and performance.
- To understand which features are used so we can prioritize improvements.
- To process and validate subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- To respond to your support requests.
3. Third-Party Services
The App relies on trusted third parties that process limited data on our behalf:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit — handles all payments, subscriptions, and receipt validation. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
- Analytics & crash reporting providers — process anonymized usage and diagnostic data to help us improve the App.
These providers are only permitted to use data as necessary to perform services for us.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share data with third parties except: (a) the service providers described above; (b) where required by law or to protect our rights; or (c) in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case we will notify users of any change in ownership or use of data.
5. Data Retention
Aggregated and diagnostic data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.
6. Your Choices
- You can limit ad tracking and analytics via your device’s Settings > Privacy & Security.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device.
- You can uninstall the App at any time to stop all further data collection.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Users
Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we collect minimal, largely anonymized data, these rights are limited in scope. To make a request, contact us below.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
